- 25-acre community park with Ellis Cultural Conference Center available for community & civic uses
- Numerous historic buildings preserved, more open space & mature trees saved
- Walking trails & wider buffers created along Goshen Road & Route 252
- Significant off-site road improvements to Route 3 & Route 252
- Less residential & office space, no “Big-Box” development
- Less surface parking
- Majority of open space would be for public use

On Tuesday, October 14, 2008, The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors approved the Ellis Preserve Town Center. We would like to thank all the members of Newtown Square community who helped to guide and support our vision for Ellis Preserve Town Square.
